A message for the heart is poem I wrote on the advice I was given from my own heart which in my own opinion is a message from the soul.

You were never meant to lack anything but bask in the wonder of your world 

Everything you ever needed was laid before your feet to use in any way you choose. 

You were given this world to live in and explore all its secrets.

Countless adventures awaited you to match your heart's desires.

Your heart pumps life throughout your entire body.

The lifeforce behind that is not of the body but of creation itself.

Creation is the lifeforce behind every living thing.

We are all bound to it as we are it and it is us.  

The rest of the body is your navigation, your eyes and ears, to feel, to touch and experience all you could possibly imagine. 

Those experiences are all felt through your heart who wants to be here at this time.

You have forgotten who you are and live your life from the mind which is only part of your navigation to view this world.

Although Mind is critical as it is the software of the body, it is the heart that is the hardware of the soul.

The Soul, the energy, the spark, the creative force is your true nature and must be observed Constantly. 

It is there where all knowledge is and when seeking advice, this is where it will always be and not the mind. 

Mind has only experienced a tiny fraction of what is possible in the grand scheme of things.

The Heart is the creator of all things and its knowledge is universal if we only tap in and listen. 

Heart is pure love, it never judges but understands the ways of this world and everything in it.

It knows that while experiencing, the mind gets caught up in dramas of the world and is influenced by the mind's own perceptions.

Send your thoughts straight into your heart and allow it to filter out all the misconceptions of this life.

Allow it to speak in the silence of your mind.

Words of Love, Forgiveness, Truth, Non judgement, Understanding, encouragement and care are the words of the heart.

The rest are just fragments of false perceptions of a mind influenced by its surroundings.
