My approach
Practical, personal and adapted to you
There's no fixed programme. Every person's situation is different, so the coaching is shaped around you. I draw on a range of methods, my coaching training and many years of experience with people — using whatever is useful for you.
Understanding your circumstances
We start with your life as it actually is — your work, relationships, responsibilities and what you want to be different.
Recognising patterns
Together we notice the habits, reactions and assumptions that keep showing up, so you can see them clearly rather than be run by them.
Making conscious choices
With a clearer picture, you can decide what you genuinely want and what you're willing to do about it.
Taking manageable steps
Change happens through small, realistic actions you take between sessions — at a pace that suits you.
Why ongoing support matters
Insight on its own rarely changes much. What makes the difference is applying it, week by week, and having someone to talk it through with when things go well — and when they don't.
That's why I work with people over a series of sessions rather than one-off conversations. Between meetings you put things into practice; when we meet, we review what happened and decide the next step. That steady accountability helps changes last.
What coaching isn't
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it isn't suitable for crisis support. I can't promise particular results — but I can offer honest attention, practical tools and consistent support while you do the work.
